Group Sessions

Group sessions are designed to help participants build confidence, communication skills, emotional awareness, and connection through guided horse interaction. In a supportive small-group environment, individuals are encouraged to grow through teamwork, hands-on activities, and meaningful experiences with horses. Sessions are approximately 1 hour in length with small groups of 4–5 participants to help create a comfortable and supportive experience. All sessions are groundwork-based, meaning participants work alongside the horses from the ground and do not ride. No horse experience is required.
